How to request a refund or cancellation
- Contact us through the Contact Us page and choose the most relevant enquiry type.
- Include the name and mobile number used for your account, the course or plan name, and the payment date.
- Our team will review the request against the terms that applied to your purchase and reply to you.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
